Top-Tens is unresponsive. What's happening?
Q)
Swiping between Top 10 lists is difficult.
Are you going to address this?
A)
Yes! It's apparent that
with Top-Tens' first two releases, (v1.10 and
v1.20), some users have had difficulty in
using the swiping mechanism to navigate
between Top 10 lists.
This is now
addressed in version 1.30 which is available
now in the App Store. This
new version has previous and next
buttons just like a web browser:

Please update to
this version at your convenience - it'll make
navigating the Top 10 lists much
easier.
Thanks so much for the
feedback regarding this, by the way.
Q)
Why
doesn't one of my Top 10 lists load?
A)
Top-Tens uses a cache to store data locally.
This allows you to view your latest Top 10
lists even if an Internet connection is
unavailable. On occasion, the cache may
become corrupt. When this happens, one or
more of the Top- 10 lists may not be
displayed properly. To fix this, follow
these steps:
-
Open
Top-Tens and tap the (i) to flip
to the configuration screen.
-
In your
watchlist, press the minus (-)
next to the Top 10 which isn't loading
properly.
-
Tap
Delete to remove the Top 10 from
your watchlist.
-
Tap Done
and then close Top-Tens.
-
Open
Top-Tens and tap the (i) to flip
to the configuration screen.
-
Tap All
Top 10s and add the Top 10 list back
again by tapping it.
-
Tap Done.
This Top 10 list
should now display correctly.
